Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged during shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Please retain your tracking number for reference.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
